No. You simply pay as you go on a month to month basis. We want you to have the best, most complete software available without the major risk required by most of our competitors.

We charge a subscription fee based upon the number of active providers set up on your account. We charge a flat rate of $39.97 per month for the first billing provider,  $29.97 per month for each additional billing provider, and $14.97 for each non-billing provider (e.g., interns, residents, assistants, etc, whose services are billed under another billing provider). There are no additional per user charges. You can have as many users as you need at no additional charge.

Regarding the built-in clearinghouse, there is a charge of $0.22 per accepted electronic claim. If a particular insurance company does not yet accept electronic claims, the clearinghouse will automatically drop the claim to paper. That is, they will print and mail the claim for you, postage included!  The cost for claims sent to the clearinghouse that drop to paper is just 0.49 per claim. Compare these prices to your cost if you mailed the claims yourself. You would pay $0.49 just for the stamp. Then, add the cost of the insurance form, envelope, toner for the printer, the cost of the printer, and the cost of the labor to do all of that work. Let the clearinghouse handle all of your insurance claims. You will save money, receive money back faster, and have proof that you actually sent the claim to the insurance company.

We also offer integrated Credit Card processing. The rates are very competitive and are determined on an individual basis. Feel free to call us to discuss.

The clearinghouse has been integrated within our software. You will be able to submit electronic claims and receive responses right within the software.  There is a charge of 22 cents per accepted electronic claim. The clearinghouse participates with approximately 5000 insurance companies and they will electronically transmit your claims to those so-called PAR insurers for no additional fee. In any given month, if you submit 12 claims or more, and of those claims, if there is 50% or more NON-PAR claims, the clearinghouse charges an additional $35 fee for that provider for that month.

No. You simply pay the monthly fee, plus the low per claim charge just for the services you use. Also, you can cancel your account at any time.

When you register, you will be asked to enter a valid credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The charge at registration is $39.97. That covers the first month for the first billing provider. You will then be charged on approximately the same day of each subsequent month based on the number of active providers and the amount and type of claims submitted to the Clearinghouse.

In fact, in just a couple of hours, we can actually walk you through the scheduling and electronic billing of your first few patients.  In addition, we offer free ongoing support for as long as you remain a customer.

Since the entire program and all of your data is hosted on our servers, all you need is an internet connection such as DSL, cable modem, or T1, or even a smart cell phone or apple or android tablet! You do not need expensive hardware or software! Many of our customers do all of their billing, scheduling, and clinical notes (including dictating their notes) from their smart phones or tablets.

Your data is kept safe and backed up on a daily basis in multiple locations. If you would feel better having copies of your main data files, we also give you the option to export your data to an Excel spreadsheet and download it to your own computer at any time.
